Golden Edge Homes is an Australian privately owned company formed in 1986 by Michel Mouglalis. The company is based on Queensland's Gold Coast and serves Brisbane, Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales The  company  commenced  business in Queensland in 1977 as part  of  a  major projects building business specialising in high rise,  shopping  centres  etc . Since 1988 the company has been renowned  for  building  award  winning  quality  homes  in  the middle to upper market.

The  company  has  not  set  any  limitations  as  to  the type of homes  it will construct. We are respected among the top in the state.  In  all  of  our  ranges of  homes, we are positioned at the top of the scale in price, quality and reputation.
